Současné trendy v EMG

V posledním desetiletí došlo k dalšímu rozvoji a širšímu praktickému využití klasických neurofyziologickým metod užívaných v EMG laboratoři k rozpracování již zaběhlých specializovaných metod a byla uvedena do praxe celá řada zcela nových neurofyziologických vyšetření. Při neurografii se klade stále větší důraz na parametry získané odpovědi (definice bloku vedení motorickými vlákny, amplituda a chronodisperze pro motorická i senzitivní vlákna). V hodnocení F-vln nabývá na významu nejen latence, ale také perzistence odpovědi. Při jehlové EMG je důležité jak kvantitativní hodnocení spontánní aktivity, charakter náboru MUP, ale také interferenční vzorec, frekvence pálení neuronů a hodnocení souboru MUP se zdůrazněním MultiMUP analýzy. V již zaběhlých specializovaných vyšetřeních došlo k dalšímu propracování diagnostiky, rozšíření indikačního spektra či zjednodušení metodiky. Z celé řady nových neurofyziologických metod je možno zdůraznit testování excitability nervu, povrchové EMG (surface EMG) či TST.
