Brázdil M. Diferenciální diagnostika epileptických a neepileptických (pseudoepileptických) záchvatů v klinické praxi. Neurol. praxi. 2000;1(1):12-14.

Tématem přehledného článku je diagnostika neepileptických (pseudoepileptických) záchvatů a postupy k jejich odlišení od záchvatů epileptických. Neepileptické záchvaty jsou rozděleny podle etiologie na somaticky a psychogenně podmíněné, je podán výčet nejčastějších patologických jednotek klinicky se manifestujících pod obrazem -pseudoepileptického- záchvatu. Zvýšená pozornost je věnována především psychogenně podmíněným neepileptickým záchvatům, jejichž diagnostika představuje v neurologické praxi největší obtíže. Je uveden seznam doporučených klinických a paraklinických vyšetření v diagnostice záchvatových onemocnění a závěrem ve stručnosti také možnosti léčby postižených pacientů.
