Stenózy vnitřní krkavice – endovaskulární léčba

Cíl: Posoudit indikace a zhodnotit výsledky perkutánních transluminálních angioplastik (PTA) s implantací stentů u nemocných s významnou stenózou vnitřní krkavice.

Metodika: U nemocných, u nichž byla ultrazvukovým vyšetřením diagnostikována významná stenóza vnitřní krkavice, byla doplněna mozková panangiografie, neurologické vyšetření a další paraklinická vyšetření. U indikovaných nemocných pak byla následně provedena perkutánní transluminální angioplastika s použitím samoexpandibilního stentu. Od poloviny roku 2000 byl tento výkon doplněn o použití protektivního filtru. Všichni nemocní byli během výkonu i po něm sledováni neurologem.
