Léčebná výměnná plazmaferéza a její praktické využití v neurologii

V první části jsou po stručném historickém úvodu obecně popsány základní principy léčebné výměnné plazmaferézy - velikost objemu vyměněné plazmy, použití náhradních roztoků, frekvence výkonů, zajištění nesrážlivosti krve v mimotělním oběhu, zajištění žilního přístupu a nejčastější nežádoucí účinky výkonu. Následně je uvedeno rozdělení neurologických onemocnění do čtyř indikačních kategorií. Ve druhé části je konkrétně popsána strategie léčby výměnnou plazmaferézou u nejčastějších neurologických onemocnění (syndrom Guillainův-Barrého, chronická demyelinizační polyradikuloneuropatie, myasthenia gravis, syndrom Lambertův-Eatonův a roztroušená skleróza).
