Neuropatická bolesť pri cervikobrachiálnom syndróme

Degeneratívne zmeny na cervikálnej chrbtici sú najčastejšou príčinou poškodenia nervových štruktúr nachádzajúcich sa v tejto oblasti. Ich častým dôsledkom je vznik neuropatickej bolesti a to s kombináciou jej periférnej, ako aj centrálnej zložky. K bližšej identifikácii lokalizácie jej hlavného zdroja môže prispieť podrobnejšie klinické ako aj inštrumentálne vyšetrenie. Následná liečba neuropatickej bolesti by sa mala zamerať nielen na odstránenie jej vyvolávajúcej príčiny, ale tiež na ovplyvnenie patomechanizmov jej následného dlhodobejšieho pretrvávania.
