Psychofarmaká v liečbe cervikálneho vertebrogénneho algického syndrómu

Analýzou súboru pacientov hospitalizovaných s cervikálnym vertebrogénnym algickým syndrómom a liečených okrem štandardnej analgeticko-antiflogistickej liečby i psychofarmakami autori v predkladanej práci zhodnocujú indikačné spektrum, význam a úspešnosť tejto adjuvantnej liečby vertebrogénneho algického syndrómu.

V diskusii rozoberajú možné mechanizmy účinku jednotlivých skupín psychofarmák u chronického vertebrogénneho algického syndromu ako i možnosť vedľajších účinkov.
