Postihnutie krčnej chrbtice pri zápalových reumatických chorobách

Postihnutie krčnej chrbtice patrí medzi závažné formy postihnutia pohybového ústrojenstva chorých pri niektorých zápalových reumatických chorobách. Pri reumatoidnej artritíde a juvenilnej idiopatickej artritíde môže byť postihnutý atlantoaxiálny kĺb a intervertebrálne kĺby. Postihnutie spojivového tkaniva v oblasti vonkajšej vrsty medzistavcových platničiek je typické zasa pre séronegatívne spondartropatie. Nestabilita v hornej krčnej chrbtici môže viesť ku vzniku neurologických porúch a byť príčinou disability. Tento prehľad popisuje klinické a rádiologické znaky postihnutia krčnej chrbtice pri zápalových reumatických chorobách a študuje vzťahy medzi nimi.
