Funkční magnetická rezonance – úvod do problematiky

Funkční magnetická rezonance (fMRI) je moderní zobrazovací metoda sloužící k funkčnímu zobrazování mozku, resp. mapování cerebrální odezvy na vnější či vnitřní podnět. Uplatňuje se především v neurovědním výzkumu, ale začíná pronikat i do klinických aplikací, i když zatím jen v omezené míře. Cílem předkládaného článku je poskytnout stručný souhrn poměrně náročné fMRI metodiky. Závěrem pak uvádíme některé příklady a možnosti klinického využití fMRI.
