1H in vivo MR spektroskopie v klinické neurologii

V předloženém příspěvku jsou stručně popsány některé ze základních charakteristik in vivo protonové (1H) MR spektroskopie zejména ve vztahu k jejímu využití v klinické neurologické praxi. Je posouzen vliv volby intenzity magnetického pole a akviziční techniky na kvalitu získávaných protonových MR spekter. V závěru příspěvku jsou stručně uvedeny některé z nejdůležitějších klinických neurologických aplikací 1H in vivo MRS.
