Rehabilitace ramenního pletence u hemiparetických nemocných

Bolestivé rameno komplikuje průběh rehabilitace až u 80% nemocných po cévní mozkové příhodě, nejméně u každého desátého významně znehodnocuje výsledek funkční obnovy. Hemiparetické rameno je definované klinicky jako druhotná muskuloskeletní patologie. Jeho patogeneze je multifaktoriální, k manifestaci dochází kumulací následků vlastní neurologické ztráty s dalšími dysfunkčními a maladaptivními faktory. Terapie hemiparetického ramene je pouze paliativní, ideální formou je prevence. Určující strategií je predikce známých rizik a kineziologicky argumentovaná reedukace vertikalizační a lokomoční motoriky, která předchází impingement patokineziologii a progresi myoplastických změn na ramenním pletenci.
