Testování v neurorehabilitaci

V neurorehabilitaci je testování stavu nemocných nezbytnou součástí stanovení léčebného postupu a hodnocení efektivity terapie. Umožňuje kromě popisu postižení hodnotit klinickou změnu, srovnávat úspěšnost různých léčebných postupů na úrovni evidence based medicine. Předkládáme přehled základních funkčních testů, které jsou vhodné pro klinickou praxi pro hodnocení velikosti poruchy (impairment), aktivity (activity) a participace (participation) v rámci nové mezinárodní klasifikace (WHO).
