Poruchy dýchání u akutních neurologických onemocnění

Poruchy dýchání u akutních neurologických onemocnění stojí v popředí denní praxe neurointenzivistů. Funkce respiračního systému bývá často výrazně poruąena a podílí se spolu s ostatními faktory na zvýąené morbiditě a mortalitě pacientů. Včasná diagnóza a léčba vyvíjející se ventilační či respirační insuficience je pro výsledný stav nemocného klíčová. Uvádíme nejčastějąí poruchy ventilace, se kterými se v praxi u neurologicky nemocných setkáváme. Nezabýváme se podrobněji speciální problematikou, jako je umělá plicní ventilace (UPV), a jejími specifiky v neurointenzivní péči.
