Peroperační neurofyziologické monitorování míchy

Peroperační neurofyziologická monitorace snižuje morbiditu u operací páteře a míchy. Zahrnuje jednak sledování funkční integrity nervových drah, jednak identifikaci nervových struktur v operačním poli. Uplatnění nachází zejména u korekčních operací páteřních deformit, operací spinálních nádorů a vaskulárních operací na descendentní aortě. Zásadním předpokladem pro úspěšnou peroperační monitoraci je posouzení charakteru změn evokovaných potenciálů v průběhu operace.
