Klinická a epidemiologická problematika západonilské horečky

Přehled symptomů, laboratorní diagnostiky a epidemiologické surveillance. Aktivita onemocnění byla v ČR zaznamenána roku 1997 po povodních (5 pacientů) a k jednomu importovanému případu z USA do České republiky došlo v roce 2002. Výrazná plazmocytóza a mírná pleocytóza v mozkomíšním moku u pacientů s meningitidou anebo encefalitidou by měly upozornit na možnost infekce WNV.
