Moyamoya onemocnění

Moyamoya nemoc je v našich podmínkách raritní příčinou ischemického iktu. Projevuje se jako progresivní nezánětlivé stenookluzivní postižení cerebrálních tepen s predilekčním postižením terminálního úseku a. carotis interna a tepen Willisova okruhu. V následujícím sdělení je prezentována kazuistika 40leté pacientky s moyamoya onemocněním, důraz je kladen na diferenciální diagnostiku.
