Transdermální fentanyl v léčbě chronické bolesti zad

Použití silných opioidů k léčbě chronické nenádorové bolesti je v české medicíně stále poměrně netradiční a mnohdy bohužel i nestandardní metodou, často opomíjenou a opředenou mnoha mýty a polopravdami.

Cílem článku je přiblížení těchto analgetik široké neurologické veřejnosti. V první části se autoři pokusí objasnit některé mýty a pověry týkající se léčby opioidy, ve druhé části se stručně zmíníme o klinickém sledování FEN-PAIN-I, jehož cílem bylo ověřit účinnost a bezpečnost podání TTS fentanylu v přípravku Durogesic pacientům s chronickou nenádorovou bolestí. Nakonec uvádíme kazuistiku reálného pacienta naší ambulance.
