Operační řešení zlomenin torakolumbární páteře

Význam chirurgické léčby při ošetřování zlomenin torakolumbárních obratlů velmi podstatně vzrostl v důsledku pokroku v zobrazovacích technologiích a pokroku v pochopení biomechaniky páteře. Moderní chirurgické postupy dnes umožňují efektivně ošetřit zlomeniny páteře předním i zadním přístupem v celém jejím rozsahu. Úplné využití možností, které dávají zobrazovací technologie, klasifikační systémy a konsekventně volené operační přístupy, jsou důležitou podmínkou pro prevenci selhání chirurgického výkonu.
