Základní principy farmakoterapie chronické bolesti

Léčba chronické bolesti je závažným problémem. Nejednotnost názorů na léčbu zejména neonkologické chronické bolesti vedla k iniciativě kolektivu odborníků různých specializací a vytvoření jednotného metodického pokynu. Cílem článku je seznámit čtenáře se základní farmakoterapií léčby chronické bolesti, zdůraznit roli silných opiodů v léčbě chronické bolesti u indikovaných pacientů a seznámit je s nejčastěji užívanými analgetiky a jejich nežádoucími účinky.
