Komorbidity migrény

Migréna se vyskytuje často ve spojení s některými tělesnými a duševními onemocněními. Jako komorbidity migrény se uvádějí hypertenze, onemocnění srdce, cévní příhody mozkové, epilepsie, alergie, některá gastrointestinální onemocnění a psychiatrická onemocnění. Při hodnocení studií na toto téma je třeba dbát na metodiku provedení a úroveň statistického zpracování těchto studií. Článek je pojat jako souborný referát, shrnující současné poznatky na téma komorbidity migrény.
