Bolesti hlavy a sexuální aktivita

Bolesti hlavy během sexuální aktivity jsou podle názoru autora mnohem častější, než se domniváme. Jde o bolesti hlavy často velmi intenzivní, které se vyskytují v období před orgazmem nebo během orgazmu. Diferenciálně diagnosticky je třeba především vyloučit možnost ataky subarachnoideálního krvácení nebo arteriální dissekce. Léčba je symptomatická, někdy se osvědčuje preventivní podávání indo­metacinu.
