Možnosti chirurgické léčby syndromu karpálního tunelu

Autoři ve svém článku shrnují možnosti chirurgické léčby syndromu karpálního tunelu. Hodnotí výhody i nevýhody u 4 různých technik (klasická technika, endoskopická uniportální technika, technika dvojité incise – twin incision technique, technika radiálního řezu - flexor carpi radialis approach). Autoři preferují na základě svých zkušeností u lehčích a středně těžkých syndromů karpálního tunelu techniky alternativní, především pak techniku endoskopickou. Klasickou techniku naopak využívají především u těžších postižení a u reoperací.
