Souhrn: Článek podává stručný přehled o patofyziologických mechanizmech periferních neuropatických bolestí, seznamuje s jejich klinickými charakteristikami a dále se zásadami racionální analgetické farmakoterapie, založené na znalosti mechanizmů tohoto typu bolesti.
