Profesionální onemocnění pohybového aparátu u malíře-natěrače, kazuistika

Onemocnění pohybového aparátu jsou častá profesionální onemocnění. Tato onemocnění řadíme dle platného Seznamu nemocí z povolání (nařízení vlády č. 290/1995 Sb.) do kapitoly II mezi onemocnění způsobená fyzikálními faktory. Poškození pohybového aparátu je obsaženo v položkách č. 6–12 platného Seznamu nemocí z povolání. V našem kazuistickém sdělení se zabýváme neurologickou diagnózou – syndromem karpálního tunelu a ortopedickou diagnózou – chronickou tendinitidou Achilových šlach u malíře-natěrače. Ve svém sdělení přibližujeme i postup při klinickém vyšetření a následném posouzení profesionálních onemocnění.
