Léčba věkově vázaných epileptických syndromů s příznivější prognózou

Věkově vázané epileptické syndromy mají kromě vazby na určité vývojové období i charakteristický klinický a EEG obraz, v některých případech je známa specifická odezva na jednotlivá antiepileptika a dlouhodobá prognóza. Z tohoto hlediska se rozlišují na jedné straně tzv. benigní syndromy (např. BERS) a syndromy s encefalopatií (např. Lennoxův-Gastautův syndrom) na straně druhé. Vzhledem k tomu, že prognóza závisí na mnoha faktorech a u řady syndromů není jednoznačná, navrhujeme spíše rozlišení na syndromy s prognózou více či méně příznivou. V tomto sdělení se budeme věnovat epileptickým syndromům s relativně vlídnou tváří – tedy těm příznivějším.
