Klinické aplikace MR spektroskopie u pacientů s epilepsií

Magnetická rezonanční spektroskopie (MRS) je jednou z nových zobrazovacích metod, které si našly místo v diagnostice mnoha neurologických onemocnění. Jednou z nejčastějších diagnóz, kde se tato metoda uplatňuje, je epilepsie. Cílem předkládaného příspěvku je poskytnout stručný přehled nejdůležitějších klinických aplikací u epileptických pacientů. V úvodu článku jsou pak stručně popsány základní charakteristiky MRS metodiky.
