Kombinace dvou epileptických syndromů (lezionální temporální epilepsie a juvenilní myoklonické epilepsie)

Referujeme vzácný případ koexistence lezionální, farmakorezistentní fokální epilepsie a idiopatické generalizované epilepsie (juvenilní myoklonické epilepsie) u 25leté pacientky s anamnézou febrilních křečí. Koexistenci obou typů epilepsie odhalila správná anamnéza a video-EEG monitorování. Pacientka byla převedena na vhodnou terapii antiepileptiky, která nezhoršují myoklonické záchvaty a posléze jí byl proveden kurativní epileptochirurgický výkon. Dva roky od operace je již zcela bez záchvatů fokálních, nejsou přítomny jak provokované, tak i neprovokované myoklonické záchvaty.
