Periferní vestibulární syndromy

Onemocnění postihující periferní vestibulární aparát představují většinu chorob, které se projevují závratěmi. Mezi nejčastější onemocnění patří benigní paroxysmální polohové vertigo, vestibulární neuronitida a vestibulární paroxysmie. Vestibulární neuronitida může vést k inkompletní lézi, na jejímž základě se pak často vyvine benigní paroxysmální polohové vertigo. Předkládaný text sumarizuje základní klinické obrazy jednotlivých onemocnění postihujících vestibulární aparát.
