Sémantická demence - důkaz mnohotvárnosti pamě»ových procesů

Sémantická demence je u nás vzácně diagnostikované neurodegenerativní onemocnění z okruhu frontotemporálních lobárních degenerací charakterizované výraznou atrofií předního pólu temporálního laloku. Na kazuistice pacienta sledovaného na naąem pracoviąti shrnujeme typické projevy tohoto onemocnění – selektivní postiľení sémantické paměti s výraznou anomií, uąetření vizuokonstruktivních a praktických funkcí, paradoxní disociaci autobiografické paměti s uąetřením vzpomínek na události posledních měsíců a neschopností vybavit si vzpomínky z dětství. Tento zajímavý typ poruchy vysvětlujeme ve světle moderní teorie paměti.
