druhé přikázání praví „Nevezmeš jména Hospodina, Boha svého nadarmo…“ Podle historiků vychází zákaz vyslovení božího jména ze staré semitské, předbiblické tradice. Na začátku byla víra, že pojmenovat znamená ovládnout. Naší dnešní řečí definovat, klasifikovat… Definování nozologických jednotek nebo syndromů a jejich klasifikace má hluboký vliv na myšlení, výzkum, v neposlední radě také na získávání grantů a prostředků z dalších zdrojů. Nová klasifikace může zásadně ovlivnit koncepci oboru. Před čtvrť stoletím byly blefarospazmus, torticollis, lordotická dysbazie, choreoatetóza samostatné jednotky, spřízněné hyperkinetickou symptomatikou. Dnes je považujeme za projevy jednoho základního onemocnění, dystonie, jejíž koncept vytvořili Marsden a Fahn začátkem osmdesátých let. Zahrnutí písařské křeče mezi dystonie dramaticky změnilo přístup k této nemoci, dříve považované za výhradně psychogenní.
